Prostate cancer is a form of cancer that develops in the prostate gland of male reproductive system. Most prostate cancers are slow growing,but in some aggressive cancers the cancer cells may spread from prostate to other parts of the body like bones and lymp nodes.Increased attention is drawn towards the early detection of cancer cells to decrease the severity of the disease.For the diagnosis and analysis of prostate cancer, invasive and non-invasive methods play a major role in the medical field. Invasive methods like Prostate specific antigen (PSA) and gleason score testing with Trans rectual ultrasound(TRUS) and Digital rectal examination(DRE) are used for early detection of prostate cancer. Imaging techniques like Ultra-sonography(US),Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) , Computed tomography(CT) and Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging(FMRI)are non-invasive methods used for the diagnosis of prostate cancer.This paper presents a discussion on causes,symptoms,with classification of its types and basic computer aided non-invasive techniques for the diagnosis and analysis of prostate cancer.

In Domestic Wind Machines, if the wind speed is low, the output voltage is not sufficient to charge the battery as it is lower than the rated charging voltage of the battery. This limits the overall efficiency of the Wind Machine to 20%. This paper proposed to design and develop a Fuzzy Logic controller (FLC) for the effective utilization of the wind machine .By implementing a FLC based Buck Boost converter, the voltage produced at the lower wind speeds can also be utilized effectively by boosting it to the rated charging voltage of the battery. Also if the wind speed is high (>14 m/s), the DC output voltage will increase to more than 65 V. The converter bucks this high voltage to the nominal battery charging voltage (52 V), thereby protecting the battery from over charging voltage. Thus effective utilization of the wind machine has been achieved by the use of the proposed Buck Boost Controller.

Human Activities Recognition refers to any activities recognized via computer or system, for understanding behaviors of human automatically to be useful in many application, Human Activities Recognition in still image work within many stages such as ( reading image, foreground extraction (segmentation) , feature extraction, and classification ). Feature extraction is most important stage, our contribution here is to extract new features within chain code method and then find similarity among activities through extract 10 extra features such as (8- connected, number of bends, and length of vector of chain code) during these features we can get recognition rate a round 92% this rate is the best when we bench mark with previous researches.

The increased popularity of multimedia applications places a great demand on the security of multimedia content during transmission. Many digital applications such as Internet telephony, internet conferencing, internet security monitoring, video conferencing, pay-per-view, video-on-demand, medical image transmission, interactive video games require reliable security and confidentiality. As the full encryption conventional approaches provide very high security rather than partial/selective or transparent encryptions, the encryption of block ciphers in video streaming is analyzed. The sender encrypts the entire data stream and the immediate playback while decryption can be performed simultaneously at the receiver end is analyzed using AES, RC6 and IDEA. Thus a client player can begin playing the data in real time before the entire file has been decrypted. The performance of block ciphers AES, RC6 and IDEA are measured in terms of encryption time, speed and the startup latency. Experimental results showed the efficiency of block encryption in real-time and is able to manage the tradeoffs between the security and speed, and hence suitable for real-time secure video communication applications.

The present study describes antioxidant and antimicrobial activity and oxidative stress of water, methanol, acetone and ethyl acetate extracts from Eryngium serbicum Pančić, growing wild in Serbia. The total phenolic content in the extracts was determined using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and their amounts ranged between 57.64 to 121.35 mg GA/l. The concentrations of flavonoids in the extracts varied from 17.49 to 72.41 mg QU/l. Antioxidant activity was analyzed using DPPH reagent. Antioxidant activity ranged from 1.248 to 10.376 IC50 (mg/ml) and from 1.63 to 3.36 mg VitC/l when tested with the DPPH and ABTS reagents, respectively, using BHA and VitC as controls. The antimicrobial activity of the extracts was investigated using a micro well-dilution assay against the most common human gastrointestinal pathogenic bacterial strains: Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027, Salmonella enteritidis ATCC 13076, Bacillus cereus ATCC 10876, Listeria monocytogenes ATCC15313, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 and Candida albicans ATCC 10231. This finding suggests that E. serbicum may be considered as a natural source of antioxidants and antimicrobial agents.

Background: Prostate cancer (PCa), represents the most commonly diagnosed type of malignancy among men in Western European countries, and the second cause of cancer-related deaths among men worldwide. Methylation of the CpG island has an important role in prostate carcinogenesis and progression.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyse the diagnostic value of aberrant promoter hypermethylation of gene glutathione S-transferase P1(GSTP1) in plasma DNA to discriminate between prostate cancer (PCa) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients by minimally invasive methods.
Materials and methods:Aberrant promoter hypermethylation was investigated in DNA isolated from plasma samples of 31 patients with diagnostic of PCa and 44 cancer-free males(control subjects).Extracted genomic DNA was bisulfite treated and analyzed using methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction(MS-PCR) technique.
Results:Hypermethylation of GSTP1 gene was detected in plasma samples from 27 of 31(92.86%) patients with PCa.Genomic DNA from plasma samples from the 44 controls without genitourinary cancer, revealed promoter hypermethylation of GSTP1 gene in 3(10.6 %)of the 44 patients. Receiver operating curve (ROC) included clinico-pathological parameters such as: serum PSA levels, pathological stage, Gleason score, hypermethylation status of GSTP1 gene,and gave a predictive accuracy of 93% with a sensitivity and specificity of 95% and 87%, respectively.
Conclusion:In this study, we have evaluated the ability of GSTP1 gene to discriminate between PCa and BPH patients in genomic DNA from plasma samples,by non- invasive methods.

The rape is a plant originating from the Mediterranean basin, which due to its rich oil seeds, used in food and illuminated, was widespread during the Middle Ages in the Central and Nordic European countries.
Result of the breeding researches, the rape currently occupies a very important place in the world economy as a source of vegetables oils used in food and especially in industry by creating alternative energy solutions.
The agronomic importance of rape is undeniable, it is considered one of the most productive crops, one of the best preceding plant for the most demanding culture and a good neighbor of wedge with crops attacked by the same disease.
During the period 2010 - 2012, in the ARDS Secuieni conditions, was pursued the identification of harmful entomo-fauna from winter rape crops of Central Moldovian Plateau.
The harmful entomo-fauna collected during 2010 - 2012, in rape crops in the Agricultural Research - Development Station Secuieni territory was composed of 15 species which for entire period totaled 4046 specimens/sqm, of the following orders: Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Heteroptera and Lepidoptera. The Coleoptera order had the highest number of species and the highest number of collected specimens. From Coleoptera order, the Meligethes aeneus had the largest share (62.90%).
The collected species were integrated into the five classes of dominance (D1 - subrecedent species, D2 - recedent species, D3 - subdominant species, D4 - dominant species and D5 - eudominant species); the highest rate from the total of collected species, 62.90%, was registered to the D5 class - eudominant species.

A financial crisis may be described by large decreases in the prices of stocks, real estate, or other assets.Namely, in an open economy, government budget deficit, as a negative public saving, raises real interest rates, crowds out domestic investment, decreases net capital outflow, decreases the level of asset prices, causes the domestic currency to appreciate. A decrease in aggregate demand causes output and prices to fall. The recession may further increase budget deficit.
The basic aim of this paper is to provide a relatively simple chaotic saving growth model that is capable of generating stable equilibria, cycles, or chaos.
A key hypothesis of this work is based on the idea that the coefficient π =β/( g+β+n-1) plays a crucial role in explaining local growth stability of the saving, where, n - net capital outflow as a percent of the real gross domestic product; g – government consumption as a percent of the real gross domestic product; β – the accelerator.
