Iran is a country that every corner of it has its own weather. Despite of this diversity. Every region could adapt itself with the climate factor in a different way from the other regions. Tran has four area, and the studied region has been located in the dry and warm climate that has hot suns and the desert strong winds so that it is difficult to habitat and be comfortable in it. But, the Iranian genius architectures and artists always create the various spaces and elements, then they have properly adopted themselves with the climatic factors of this region and have exploited them with the best way for the comfort, so that today, the architecture of these regions shines as an honorary document in the architecture history book and the urbanism of Iran. Also, the writers have investigated the conducted field researches and the library studies and have tried to recognize the native urbanism and architecture of the region. And finally the obtained results showed that given the context, orientation of the city and the buildings, path ways formation, the way of harmony and coordination with the climate, native materials and etc, the native urbanism and architecture were in agreement with each other

Iran is a vast country that has been known as the four – season’s country due to the difference of the weather in the various points of it, so that in the winter weather can be felt in some of its regions. Iran has four climatic regions based on the climatic division that has been done by “koopen”, and the north of the country is also considered among the humid and mild climate of the country. The native architecture of this region has been shaped due to the climate, so that the basic architecture characteristic of this region is its extrovert that has been formed because of the especial conditions of the region.
The results obtained from this research based on the library studies show that the native architecture of this region has been formed in fighting against two factors of the “rain” and “humid”. The building is spaced from the earth for evading from the rain water and humidity, the native materials (wood, plant fibers, crock) have been available, roof has been steeply in order to guide the rain water quickly and it has been built protrusion for protection against the air-veranda has been made for evading from the humid of inside the building and also for resting in it. The wall around the building has shortly been designed in order to guide the wind toward the house space.

The main objective of this study was to determine the best location for temporary storage to facilitate assembly lines feeding operation in the field of internal logistics and supply chain management in automobile assembly Tondar 90 Iranian companies. In the first step, the initial study, the assembly hall was divided into
four zones .This division is based on the opinions of experts and the establishment of assembly lines. Each area separately studied by the three groups of Industrial Engineering and also introduced three proposed location in each area for establishing the temporary storage. Then, by the expert group, supplying key indicators in each of the proposed location in each area were calculated. Supply key indicators studied in this study include the transportation cost and standard time. Using a set of control data for data matching trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to classify data obtained from undergraduate studies were performed on seven floors. The main aim of this study is to analyzing of relationship between innovation and organization entrepreneurship. Quantitative survey method was employed and data were collected from 100 experts of entrepreneurship in Iranian organizations. Regression analysis was used to test the relationship between entrepreneurship as a dependent variable and innovation as an independent variable. The result shows that significant positive relationship exists between innovation and entrepreneurship of Iranian organizations. The finding emphasizes the importance of developing innovation among the managers of Iranian organizations for their success. Those managers that adopt innovation activities in their organizations would gain in terms of competitive advantage over their rivals. Iranian organization managers could also anticipate future innovations and seek out opportunities for implementation of them.

The purpose of this study is analyzing relationship between talent management and HR productivity among the staff of Maskan Bank branches in Tehran province. The pool of this study contains the entire staff in Tehran’s Maskan Bank and their offices and branches in which they were 3000 individuals. The size of the study was specifies based on Morgan and Krji table and finally 312 questionnaire was appropriate to test. The main instrument of data collection and measuring research variables was questionnaire in which to specify validity the panel of experts was applied and also to determine stability Alfa chronbach coefficient test for different parts of questionnaire was used that in entire cases the rate of stability was higher than 0.75% that represents stability of the research instruments. the questionnaires which we used was Persian version of Hersey and Goldsmith (ACHIEVE Model) questionnaire for measurement of productivity and rezaeeian questionnaire for talent management. Result showed that the average rate of productivity is smaller than assumed average of the table. Therefore, averages are lower than average limit, but average of talent management and productivity among staff of the Maskan banks is not in a proper level. Talent management has a positive and significant relationship to dimensions of productivity. According to the results of this study we conclude that we should pay attention to variables of development, selection, and recruitment in talent management and these variables should be studied.
